At HP we pride ourselves on our ability to settle all outstanding matters without the need for legal intervention. However, sometimes it may be necessary to engage legal intervention to settle some matters.
We have developed national affiliations with several legal firms specialising in debt recovery litigation. We take advantage of these relationships to ensure the most appropriate lawyer will handle the specific matter at hand.
Complaints issued are charged at scale, allowing the amount charged to be added to the debt owing.
In the event of a Complaint being issued, HP will still actively manage the matter in conjunction with the lawyers ensuring the best possible outcome.
The matter does not necessarily conclude upon obtaining Judgement against a debtor as attempts are still made to resolve the matter all throughout the entire legal process.
In the event a client wishes to utilise the services of their own legal representative, HP is more than happy to liaise with the legal firm of choice and provide assistance as required.
