Our experience tells us that client's are able to group their debtors into two categories:

  1. Companies or individuals with outstanding debts that you no longer wish to trade with; and
  2. Companies or individuals with outstanding debts that you are prepared to continue to trade with, but are required to comply with the client's trading terms and conditions.

These types of debtors need to be approached differently. What may be  appropriate for one type of debtor may not be appropriate for the other.

As a result, we have established two separate entities to deal with each type of debtors.

  1. HP Debt Solutions - has the sole aim of recovering outstanding debts owing to you.
  2. HP Management Solutions - has two objectives, namely to recover the debt as well as ensuring that the relationship between the debtor and creditor remains intact.
